I was so excited about another vegan ramen option in the city and this place was disappointing. The presentation was pretty good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. But the taste of the ramen was disappointing.

I was looking for a ramen spot nearby and randomly came across this new hidden gem! I was originally hoping to find a ramen with a good amount of protein and didn’t realize until I got there that the restaurant was completely vegan. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it blew my expectations. The ramen was SO good. Great flavor, cool presentation, and a generous portion. The staff was also super laid back and conversational. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

I’m really impressed with Red White Boneless Ramen, especially considering they’ve only been open in New York for about two weeks. It’s always exciting to discover a new restaurant, and this place definitely made a great first impression. The ramen was amazing! What really stood out to me was the smoked flavor. They actually smoke the ramen, which gives the broth and overall dish a unique smoky aroma and depth that I haven’t experienced at many ramen spots. The flavor is rich, comforting, and very memorable without being overwhelming. I also tried their truffle mac and cheese, and it was seriously delicious. Creamy, flavorful, and with a nice truffle aroma—it’s definitely something I would order again. The service was another highlight. The staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the meal. Even though the restaurant is still very new, the team already seems organized and genuinely cares about the customer experience. For a restaurant that has only been open for a couple of weeks, the quality is impressive. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the Lower East Side!

We came during lunchtime during opening weekend and the food was amazing. The place is not that big, but they had no problem fitting us despite it being busy. Food came very quick and staff was super friendly. Their sushi rolls were amazing - we got one of each. I also got the yuzu sesame ramen - it was super rich and tasty. I recommend stopping by - will definitely come again!

We were so sad when we saw Ippudo V in Dumbo actually added meat and egg to their menu making it no longer vegan. They still have the V and have not been telling customers about the change. Not cool! So we have been waiting for this location of REDWHITE BONELESS RAMEN to open on the lower east side. We went Day two of their opening and everything was fantastic! The Yuzu sesame broth blew us away with so much complex flavor! They are very generous with noodles and toppings. We also tried the incredible Sweet Chili Taco roll and also were blown away by the flavor and plating. Service was top notch and quick! We will be be back for dinner very soon! Congrats on the launch in NYC!!
